Congratulations to DC’s Marc Lacomare on his 2nd place finish at the Oakley Pro Jr. in Bali. He bettered a stacked field of 18 of the world’s best 20 year and under Pro Junior surfers who qualified at events all over the world.
With a solid six-foot plus swell hitting Keramas River-mouth all week, Marc surfed dominantly en route to the finals.
Upon taking 2nd for the second-straight year, Marc said, “I would have liked to have won this year but unfortunately I’m second again – the contest is so good and the field so strong, we have enjoyed an incredible week of surfing against each other and well done to Sam.”
